SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE AMENDMANT
ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROMEO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 44, Section 372
NOTICE: On June 17, 2019, the Village of Romeo Board of Trustees adopted an Amendment of Ordinance #44 Utilities, Section 44-372. The proposed amendatory Ordinance revised Section 44-372 of the existing Village of Romeo Ordinance governing the billing for the Village’s water supply and sewage disposal systems. The amendatory Ordinance deletes subsection (b) of the Section 44-372, thereby eliminating the additional 15 days to pay a water and sewer bill beyond the original 30-day time for payment.
A true copy of the ordinance is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 121 W. St. Clair, Romeo, MI 48065, and is available for public examination Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
