Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given there will be a public hearing before the Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the Ray Township Offices, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray, Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request to Vary Section 400, Design Elements – Principal Structure, Yard Dimensions, Minimum Front Yard Setback. Vary Section 200, Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts, C, Maximum Size Limits at 65615 North Avenue, Parcel 21-05-11-400-004, Thomas Heldt, Applicant.
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment on said application.
Written comments may be submitted up to the meeting time.
