Public hearing was held to hear comments oral or written on the designation of 121 Peyrek Court as a Speculative Building under P.A. 198 of 1974 as Amended. Public hearing was closed at 7:09 p.m.
Meeting call to order at 7:09, pledge of allegiance and roll call. Approval of minutes – July 15, 2019 – Motion carried. Closed Session Minutes July 15, 2019 – Motion carried. Approval of bills – August bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – add Starkweather Gallery public comments to Public Forum- Agenda Items Only-motion carried. Correspondences – three (3) were discussed by President Malzahn. Public Forum for agenda items – Comments were heard. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – given, Trustees – given. Committee reports: given. Unfinished business- Rules of Procedure (Section B., item 6)– motion carried. New Business: Pete Lucido-legislative update given. IDD Speculative Building-Motion carried. Water Tower Cleaning – motion carried. Water Tower Inspection – motion carried. Tree Trimming – motion carried. BS&A Software purchase – motion carried. Dissemination Agreement – motion carried. Waste Hauler RPF – motion carried. Non-Union Employee Contract – motion carried. WWTP Plow Equipment – motion carried. Village Hall/Police Department renovations – motion carried. Asset Management Plan Consultant Funding – motion carried. Public Forum –comments were heard. Board went into CLOSED SESSION at 9:19 p.m. CLOSED SESSION ended at 10:18 p.m. Meeting adjourned at 10:18 p.m.
