OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
FOR RCM 8/26/19
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Clark, Coenen, Sledz, Boelke, Shall, and Wolak. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair, Jeffrey Bahorski, Christopher Krotche, Chris Munson, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: added – Engagement Letter from McBride as New Business Item D. Christopher Krotche, the new Armada Township Fire Chief, introduced himself to Council. Heard/Received: the June and July 2019, F & V Reports: a report from Water Commissioner Boelke and Police Commissioner Sledz; the Treasurer and the Code Enforcement Reports for July, 2019; an update from Trustee Boelke regarding the upcoming Sesquicentennial. Unanimously approved the Consent Agenda as amended: Removed: RCM Minutes of 8/12/19 and added as New Business Item E; Payment of Bills totaling $49,277.73 as presented. Heard an update from Street Administrator Ballard. Discussed options for the 4 Welcome to Armada signs. Unanimously approved: to allow the Park Commissioner to solicit proposals for repairs to the Memorial Park Pump House; to approve Budget Amendment No. STI 18/19-001 as presented: to approve Budget Amendment No. STI 19/20-001 as presented; to approve Budget Amendment No. SEW 19/20-002 as presented; to approve minutes of August 12, 2019 regular meeting of the Village Council, as amended. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
