The Record Newspaper will now publish once a week beginning with the April 20 edition, Publisher Lawrence Sobczak announced.
The Record was published every other week before the change.
Readers that already have a newspaper mailed to their homes will not see an increase in their subscription rates and their subscription expiration dates will be honored. For example, if your subscription was set to expire on Jan. 1, it will still expire on Jan. 1 despite the fact you are now receiving twice the number of newspapers.
“We are trying to reward all of the subscribers that have supported us while we launch this newspaper,” Sobczak said.
