Correspondence-none. Public Comments-none. Minutes of 8-20-19-Approved. Bills List-Approved. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business-Intergovernmental Agreement by and between Charter Township of Shelby and Township of Ray-Attorney & Engineer to proceed. Consent Judgment; Stadler Holding Co., LLC v Township of Ray, Case No. 2019-000961-CZ-Approved, Supervisor & Clerk to sign. New Business: Proposed HCMA Land Exchange Parcel B (3.13 acres) for Parcel D (3.16 acres)-Inform HCMA in favor of land swap and to proceed. Repair roof over mechanical room at Hall-Approved.
