Meeting call to order at 7:02, pledge of allegiance and roll call. Approval of minutes – CLOSED SESSION August 19, 2019 – motion carried, regular meeting August 19, 2019 – motion carried, Special Meeting September 9, 2019 – motion carried, CLOSED SESSION September 9, 2019 – motion carried. Approval of bills – September bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – Add presentation by Turning Point to Public Forum: Agenda Items Only – motion carried. Correspondences – one (1) letter was discussed by President Malzahn Public Forum for agenda items – Presentation by Turning Point was given. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – given, Trustees – given. Committee reports: given. Unfinished business- Sidewalk Repair Program and Ordinance Change – motion carried. New Business: Lot/Split Combo for Conrad – motion carried. Lot/Split Combo for Cushingberry -motion carried. Industrial Park Sign Ordinance Change – motion carried. 2019-2020 MILLS Renewal – motion carried. North West Parking Quadrant – discussion by the board. DDA Appointment – motion carried. Public Forum –comments were heard. Meeting adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
