Presentation by Macomb County Clerk/Register of Deeds; Fred Miller -awarded five families with deed of centennial farms in Ray Township. Minutes of 9-17-19-Approved. Budget modification-Approved. Bills List-Approved. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business-none. New Business: Confirmation of Phone Poll of 9-30-19-Roof repair of Twp. Hall-No action taken. Amend. of Wolcott Mill Metropark Ordinance 48-A-Adopted. Amend. of Uniform Traffic Code-Tabled. School Tax Collection Agreement-Approved. Twp. Vehicle Policy-Tabled. Closure of Office for 2020 Elections-Closure of Presidential Primary, State Primary & Presidential Election. Fire Millage renewal for operating and equipment-Attorney to draft language for Presidential Primary Election. Septic System for Fire Depart.-create bid package.
