Regular Meeting was opened at 7:02 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of minutes – Motion carried with edit, CLOSED SESSION – Motion carried. Approval of bills – November bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – Motion carried. Presentations-none. Correspondences – were discussed. Public Forum for agenda items – Comments were heard. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – no report, Trustees – given, Planning Commission Ex-Offico – reports given. Committee reports: given. Unfinished business- no items. New Business: Clinton Street Property RE-Zoning Zoning Request from the Planning Commission, Denial – Motion carried. Ordinance for restriction on private wells in the Village – Motion Carried. Public Forum –No comments. Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
