The Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Stier, Bohm and Grader. Agenda-Approved. Correspondence-none, Public Comments-none. Bid Opening for Fire Department Septic Field-Three bids were received & read aloud. Minutes of 10-15-19-Approved as amended. Bills List-Approved. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business– a. Amendment of Uniform Traffic Code–Ordinance No. 66-A-Approved.
b. Township Vehicle Policy-Tabled. c. Fire Millage Renewal language for operating & equipment for March 10, 2020-Resolution adopted. d. New septic system for the Fire Department-Tabled. New Business: a. 2020 Meeting Schedule-Approved. b. Legal Holiday Policy-Approved. c. Employee request to carry over one week of vacation-Approved. d. Michigan Assoc. of Municipal Clerk Seminar-Approved. e. Recreation Committee member-Approved. CISMA membership-Approved. Resignation of Recycling Center Attendant-Accepted w/regret. h. Recycling Center New Hours for 2020 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon-Approved. Request to hire Recycling Center Attendant-Approved. Room Request; K9 & Kompany 4-H Club-Approved. Public Comment-was heard.
