SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROMEO,
ORDINACE #549
NOTICE: On November 18, 2019 the Village Board of Trustees voted with a 7-0 vote to adopt the Ordinance #549.
This ordinance is prohibiting the installation and use of wells for the purpose of obtaining and using underground water in the Village of Romeo, Macomb County, MICHIGAN, and prescribing the penalties for the violation of this ordinance.
A true copy of the ordinance is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 121 W. St. Clair, Romeo, MI 48065, and is available for public examination Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
