SYNOPSIS OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES FOR RCM 12/9/19
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Shall, Clark, Coenen, Wolak, Ballard, and Boelke. Sledz arrives at 7:28 pm. Also present: Treasurer Adair and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard/received: written and verbal reports from the Water Commissioner, the Business Liaison, ZBA Liaison, and Trustee Boelke. Unanimously approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 11/25/19 and Payment of Bills totaling $46,985.66 as presented. Heard Reports from the Street Administrator, the Sewer and Water Commissioners. Unanimously approved: to purchase the effluent flow meter for the not to exceed amount of $2,699.00 and to include installation and start up from Oudbier or from a competitive bidder if available with no tax to be charged; to establish the following dates, times and places of the regular Village Council meeting for calendar year 2020:

Unless changed by the Village Council by duly posted notice, all of the foregoing regular meetings will take place at the Village of Armada municipal offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan 48005 commencing at 7:00 p.m. with the exception of the August 10, 2020, meeting which will begin at 6:00 p.m.;
to set the Public Hearing date of January 13, 2020, at 7:00 pm for CDBG distribution; to set the 2020/2021 budget workshop dates of January 13th and 27th, February 10th and 24th, March 10th at 5:30 p.m. including February 3ed and 17th and March 3rd and 17th at 5:30 p.m. if necessary. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:34 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
