Regular Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of minutes – Motion carried. Approval of bills – December bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – Motion carried with one change in New Business. Presentations-Presentation by Energy Reduction Coalition given. Correspondences – one was received. Public Forum for agenda items – comments were heard. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – report given, Trustees – reports given, Planning Commission Ex-Offico – report given. Committee reports: reports given. Unfinished business- no items. New Business: Energy Reduction Coalition Proposal – item tabled until January meeting. 2020 Holiday Closing Calendar – motion carried. Leaf Vac Discussion – no board action taken. DPW Truck Purchase – motion carried. SCADA License approval – motion carried. First Street Parking – motion carried. Public Forum –No comments. Meeting was adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
