OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES FOR
RCM 12/16/19
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Clark, Coenen, Sledz, Boelke, Shall, and Wolak. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair, Jeff Bahorski, Matt Carstens, Kevin Grand, and Doug Skylis.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard/Received: the F & V and Code Enforcement Reports for November, 2019: and a brief report from Water Commissioner Boelke. Unanimously approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 12/9/19 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $21,273.77 as presented. Heard another update from Water Commissioner Boelke. Unanimously approved: to comply with the President’s recommendation to appoint Kristie Patterson to the Planning Commission to a term ending December 31, 2022, subject to the appointee meeting the qualifications set forth in Chapter II of the General Law Village Act; to comply with the President’s recommendation to appoint Ben Delecke; to the Planning Commission to a term ending December 31, 2022, subject to the appointee meeting the qualifications set forth in Chapter II of the General Law Village Act; to comply with the President’s recommendation to appoint Michael St. John to the Zoning Board of Appeals to a term ending December 31, 2022, subject to the appointee meeting the qualifications set forth in Chapter II of the General Law Village Act; to comply with the President’s recommendation to appoint Donald DePalma to the Zoning Board of Appeals to a term ending December 31, 2022, subject to the appointee meeting the qualifications set forth in Chapter II of the General Law Village Act; to approve budget amendment Number W19/20-001 as presented; to accept the Rowe Professional Services proposal for Arsenic Detention Design Engineering in the amount of $23,600.00 for design of the Automatic Detention Option, which includes providing engineering assistance through bid award, and to allow the President or Clerk to sign on the Village’s behalf. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:37 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
