The Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Stier, Bohm and Grader. Agenda-Approved. Correspondence-none. MI State Police informed of the app to report non-emergency incidents. Public Comments-none. Minutes of 12-2-19-Approved as modified. Budget Modifications-Approved. Bills List-Approved w/addition. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business– a. Township Vehicle Policy-Remove from agenda until questions answered. New Business: a. Revised 2020 Meeting Schedule-Approved. b. Mission Statement of Ray Twp.- Tabled. c. Poverty Exemption 2020 Asset Test – Resolution 2019-08-Adopted. d. Property Guidelines for 2020 Assessments-Resolution 2091-09-Adopted. e. Township owned property status-remain off tax roll. f. Schedule Public Hearing for CDBG Service Funds for 1-21-20-Approved. g. Supervisors reappointments to the Zoning Board of Appeals-Approved. h. Treasurer request regarding tax collection-Approved for office staff to collect taxes in the absence of the Treasurer.
