OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
FOR RCM 1/27/20
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Sledz, Wolak, Clark, and Boelke. Absent: Shall and Coenen. Also present: Treasurer Adair, Matt Carstens, Doug Skylis, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or received the Treasurer, Code Enforcement, and F & V reports for December, 2019; a Water User Report for December, 2019, from the Fire Chief. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 1/13/20 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $26,093.34 as presented. Unanimously approved: to adopt the Resolution as presented by the Treasurer to open a new variable rate interest bearing savings account for the Salvage Title Fund; to adopt the Resolution tentatively awarding the contract for construction of the proposed wastewater system improvements project to Sorensen Gross Company and authorize the President and Clerk to sign all required documentation in connection with project; to adopt the ordinance providing for the acquisition, construction, installation, furnishing and equipping of improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant and issuance of Sewer System Junior Lien Revenue Bond, Series 2020 to pay the cost of the improvements. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
