The Board meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Stier, Bohm and Grader. Agenda-Approved. Public Comments-none. New Business: a. Work Session for Proposed Fiscal Year 2020-2021 General Operating Budget, Building Fund and Fire Fund-No action was taken. 12:05 p.m. Grader excused herself from the mtg. b.
