Public Hearing for Application for citizens concerning community development and housing needs and allocations of the Community Development Block Grant Funds opened at 7:00 p.m. Comments were heard. Public Hearing was closed at 7:20 p.m. Regular Meeting was opened at 7:20 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of minutes – Motion carried. Approval of bills – January bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – SAW Grant Funded Sewer Rate Study was tabled until February meeting – motion carried. Correspondences – one (1) letter was discussed by President Malzahn. Public Forum for agenda items – no comments. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – given, Trustees – given, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico – not present. Committee reports: given. Unfinished business – None. New Business: WWTP Emergency Equipment Purchase – No board action taken. CDBG Fund Allocations – motion carried. 2020 Annual Board appointments – motion carried. St. Baldrick’s Special Event Permit – motion carried. Annual By-Law review – motion carried. Email and Social Media Policies – motion carried with edits. Armada Sewer Contract – motion carried. Police Communication Recorder purchase – motion carried. Public Comments – Comments were heard by the public and trustees. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
