NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that the Township Board of the Township of Armada will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting of the Township Board on February 12, 2020, at 7:00 PM., at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, P.O. Box 578, Armada, Michigan 48005, within the Township, to hear and consider any objections to the proposed Improvements, the District, the Petition, and all other matters relating to said Improvements and the District.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that preliminary plans and estimates of cost for the Improvements are on file with the Township Clerk for public examination. PROPERTY SHALL NOT BE ADDED TO THE PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF COST SHALL NOT BE INCREASED BY MORE THAN 10% WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING.
This Notice was authorized by the Township Board of the Township of Armada.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41, 72a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Armada Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio/video tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days’ notice to Armada Township by writing or calling the following: 23121 East Main Street, P.O.
