Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, February 10th, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the municipal offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan, the Village Council of the Village of Armada will conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending Title I, Chapter 7 of the Village Code to implement new rules and procedures for the purchase and disposition of property, goods and services.
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comment on the proposed ordinance, a copy of which will be available for public inspection at the above-identified municipal offices during regular business hours and at the public hearing.
