OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES FOR
RCM 2/10/20
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Wolak, Ballard, and Boelke. Absent: Shall and Sledz. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair, Attorney Jeffrey Bahorski, Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard a brief update from the Water Commissioner. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 1/27/20 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $46,120.60 as presented. Heard and received a report from the Water Commissioner and heard a brief report from the Sewer Commissioner. Unanimously approved: to open the Public Hearing at 7:43 p.m.; no public response; to close the Public Hearing at 7:44 p.m.; to adopt the ordinance amending Title I, Chapter 7 of the Village Code of Ordinances, entitled “Purchases, Contracts, and Sales,” for the purpose of revising and updating the rules and procedures for the purchase and disposition of village property, contractual services, and public improvements; to set the Public Hearing date for approval of the 2020/2021 Fiscal Year Budget for March 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
