Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Goetzinger, Paterek, Swiacki, Finlay, Nikkel

Also, present attorney Laura Genovich from Foster & Swift

Held public hearings for Community Development Block Grant funding requests and Special Assessment District – Water & Sewer

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 1.8.20; 1.14.20; 1.21.20; 2.4.20 and 2.6.20 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. C.D.B.G. allocations: Armada PAL $1,050, Care House $350 and Samaritan House $350. Resolution No. 2 Special Assessment District for Installation of Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvements.

Three-year re-appointment to Planning Commission: Joe Jabara, Randy Finlay and Beth Abercrombie. Three-year appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeals: DJ Kehrig and Diane Xagoraris. Three-year re-appointment to the Macomb Agricultural P.D.R. Committee: DJ Kehrig. Purchase of new fire rescue chainsaw. Fire and general fund budget amendments FY19/20. Scheduled Public Hearing for Truth in Budgeting for March 11, 2020 at 7 p.m. Meeting adjourned at 9:42 p.m.
