Minutes of 1-21-2020-Approved & 1-29-2020-Approved & 2-10-2020-Approved. Budget Modifications-Approved. Bills List-Approved as amended. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business–a. Mission statement-removed from agenda b. Fire Dept. request to dispose of old equipment-Approved. d. Fire Dept. request to sell old rescue truck on MITN site-Approved. New Business. a. Room Request for Seniors Sit & Stitch Group-Approved. b. Room Request for Ray Twp. Public Library-approved. c.
