BOARD OF REVIEW

The Township of Armada Board of Review will meet at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 on the following dates to hear assessment appeals from property owners:

Monday, March 9 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Wednesday, March 11 from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

FOR APPEALS IN PERSON, CALL 784-5200 FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

APPEALS MAY BE MADE BY MAIL TO: ARMADA TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR, P.O. BOX 578, ARMADA, MI 48005-0578 OR FAX TO 784-5211 IF RECEIVED BY 1 PM MARCH 11; OR HAND-DELIVERED TO THE BOARD OF REVIEW AT THE TOWNSHIP HALL PRIOR TO THE ADJOURNMENT OF THE BOARD ON MARCH 11.

March Board of Review will hold an organizational meeting at 3:30 on March 3, at the township hall. If necessary, the board will hold a final meeting on March 16 at 9 a.m. for as long as is necessary to conclude their paperwork and verify instructions to the assessor. No appeals will be heard at the organizational or final open meetings.

The final ratio of assessments to true cash values as determined by the Macomb County Equalization Department is 50% for all classes of property.
