The Board meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Stier, and Grader. Agenda-Approved. Public Comments-none. Bohm arrived at 10:04 a.m. New Business: a. BS&A Software Presentation- Steve Rennell provided a demonstration of the BS&A software involving general ledger, accounts payable, cash receipting and payroll-No action taken. Public Comments-none.
