OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
FOR RCM 2/24/20
Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Sledz, Wolak, Coenen, and Clark. Boelke arrives at 7:02. Absent: Shall. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair, Matt Carstens, Jerry Klimkowski, Mike Klott, Michaela Garand, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or received the Treasurer, Code Enforcement, and F & V reports for January, 2020; a report from Business Liaison Boelke; a brief update from Trustee Ballard regarding DPW Superintendent Serwatowski’s upcoming retirement. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 2/10/20 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $40,827.15 as presented. Heard a brief report from Water Commissioner Boelke. Unanimously approved: to approve the attached resolution recognizing the Armada Girls Softball, Inc. as a non-profit organizations operating in the community. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
