NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Armada Township Zoning Board of Appeals

Notice is hereby given that the Armada Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 6, 2020 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request submitted by Mark and Dawn Wrubel for a variance from Section 2.03.4.a of the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance. The applicant seeks to place an accessory building partially in the front yard. The property in question is located at 73377 True Road.

A complete copy of the application for the requested variance may be examined at Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the ZBA at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on April 6, 2020.

This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
