REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 17, 2020
A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Oakland Township Office Building, First Floor Meeting Hall.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the Agenda as amended.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees Resolution To Declare “State of Emergency”.
4. To approve the proposal to place the Older Persons Commission Operating Millage renewal on the August 4, 2020 ballot and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file the same.
5. To adjourn the meeting at 7:34 PM.
