AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF ARMADA CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 8, ENTITLED “PRESIDENT AND TRUTEES COMEPENASATION”
The VILLAGE OF ARMADA ordains:
Section 8-1 of Chapter 8, Title I of the Village or Armada Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 8-1. COMPENSATION
The President shall receive three hundred twenty-five ($325.00) dollars, and the Trustee shall receive two hundred twenty-five ($225.00) dollars for each regular meeting of the Village Council by them respectively attended during their term of office. In no event shall compensation be paid for attendance at special meetings or for regular meetings of the Village Council not actually attended.
PUBLICATION
This Ordinance shall be published in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements of the Village Charter of the Village of Armada.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be effective upon publication.
Adopted at a Regular Session of the Village Council for the Village of Armada on the 23rd day of March, 2020.
