A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the Agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve budget amendments #1 – #5 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/31/2020. There is no net effect on the General fund balance as any budgeted expenditure increase was offset with a budgeted decrease in another account that was expected to come in under budget.
4. To approve budget amendments #6 – #9 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/31/2020. There is no net effect on the Fire fund balance as any budgeted expenditure increases were offset with a budgeted decrease in the Wages-Shift/EMS Employees line item that which is expected to come in under budget.
5. To approve budget amendments #10 – #13 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/31/2020. There is no net effect on the Township fund balance as any increase in operating transfers out is offset by the current taxes collected.
6. To adopt the attached resolution establishing the general appropriations act for the Charter Township of Oakland Resolution #20-09.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 7:36 PM.
