NOTICE: On April 20, 2020, the Village of Romeo Board of Trustees adopted an Ordinance Amendment for the International Property Maintenance Code. The proposed Ordinance Amendment is amending the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances – Construction Code – to adopt by reference the International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 Edition, including appendices and, repealing any and all ordinance and/or resolutions in conflict therewith.
A true copy of the ordinance is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 121 W. St. Clair, Romeo, MI 48065, and is available for public examination Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
