Special Meeting was opened at 5:40 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Approval of Video Meeting Resolution – Motion carried.
Approval of agenda – Motion carried. New Business: 2020-2021 Proposed Budget. Clerk Trapp gave a presentation of the proposed budget. Discussion was held by the Board of Trustees. No Board action taken. No further budget meetings requested. Public Comments – No comments. Meeting adjourned at 6:49 p.m.

Regular Meeting was opened at 7:07 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of March 9, 2020 minutes – Motion carried. Approval of March 16, 2020 minutes – Motion carried. Approval of bills – April bills– Motion carried. Approval of agenda – Motion carried. Presentations – None. Correspondences – None. Officer reports: President – given, Clerk – given, Treasurer – no report, Trustees – Trustee Hart gave report about the Tree Board, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico –no report. Committee reports: ATT&T – report given. Unfinished business – Lawn Maintenance Bid – Motion carried; bid was awarded. New Business: Property Maintenance Code Adoption – Motion Carried. Sign Ordinance Adoption – will be reformatted for next meeting; no board action taken. Striping Maintenance Quote – motion carried. Appointments – Motion carried. Public Hearing Dates – Motion carried with language for public hearing notices. Parking Lot Sub Committee – motion carried to dissolve committee. Public Comments – No comments. Motion to move into Closed Session Pursuant to MCL 15.268© for Strategy and Negotiation Sessions Connected with the Negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements at 8:11 p.m. – Motion carried. New Business (Part II) Health Insurance Provider – Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
