Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. – Meeting held traditionally and electronically.

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 4.8.2020 as presented. Agenda as amended. Current bills as presented. Purchase 2 AEDs for fire department at a cost of $3,637.50. Withdrew Petition between Armada Township and Edward Kerner. Approved Limestone Cost Sharing Agreement with MCDR for $24,135. June 10 meeting will be held traditionally and electronic. Township Park will open on June 1, but not restrooms and Senior Center will remain closed.
