A zoning ordinance amendment has been adopted by the legislative body of the Charter Township of Oakland. The Township Board of Trustees held a Second reading on May 12, 2020 for a rezoning request for parcel 10-11-400-025 (general location – south side of Letts Road between Rush and Rochester Roads) from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to VLRD (Very Low Residential Density). The Rezoning request was approved by the Township Board of Trustees and shall have immediate effect. Documents pertaining to the rezone are available for review during normal business hours at the Oakland Township offices or on the Township’s website.
