A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 3:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: Karen Reilly, Clerk
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 3:08 PM for the purpose of reviewing confidential written legal opinion regarding personnel.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 4:02 PM.
