TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF OAKLAND TOWNSHIP:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Oakland Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at www. mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2020.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Oakland Township Clerk’s office, located at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, MI 48306 at the following times:
• Regular business hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
(Due to Covid-19 an appointment may be required.)
• Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

CONGRESSIONAL: Representative in Congress and US Senator
LEGISLATIVE: Representative in State Legislature
COUNTY: County Executive, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff,
Clerk & Register of Deeds, Treasurer, Water
Resources Commissioner, and County Commissioner
JUDICIAL: Judge of Circuit Court
TOWNSHIP: Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer, Trustee(4),
and Park Commissioner (7)
DELEGATE: Delegates to the County Convention of the
Republican and Democratic Parties
And for the purpose of voting on the following proposal:
CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF OAKLAND OLDER PERSONS’ COMMISSION OPERATING MILLAGE RENEWAL PLUS INCREASE
The following is a brief description of the proposal:
To renew and continue to levy 0.2213 mills and also levy an additional 0.0987 mills for a total of $0.32 mills for ten (10) years, 2020 through 2029 inclusive.
