A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve the Resolution of Local Approval for the Class C Liquor License for Henry Hospitality, LLC for the premises located at 4972 N. Adams Road, Oakland Township, MI, conditioned upon the parties agreeing to and executing an agreement to place reasonable conditions upon the issuing and transferring of the license and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file the same.
4. To approve the Resolution of Local Approval for the Class C Liquor License for Anthony Borraccio for the premises located at 4856 N. Adams Road, Oakland Township, MI, conditioned upon the parties agreeing to and executing an agreement to place reasonable conditions upon the issuing and transferring of the license and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file the same.
5. To accept the second reading and adopt the rezoning for the Parks and Recreation Commission for the purpose of amending Zoning Ordinance No. 16 and Zoning Map for parcels 10-25-100-011 and 10-25-200-001.
6. To accept the second reading and adopt the rezoning for the Parks and Recreation Commission for the purpose of amending Zoning Ordinance No. 16 and Zoning Map for 2280 Orion Road.
7. To deny the appeal for FOIA 2027 and authorize the Township Attorney to respond in writing with a written decision on the appeal to the applicant within 10 days
8. To adjourn the meeting at 7:38 PM.
