TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF RAY TOWNSHIP:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Ray Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, other designated state agency, or www.michigan.gov/sos.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2020.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the Ray Township Clerk’s office, located at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096 at the following times:
• Regular business hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the Primary Election you will be voting on nominating candidates for the following offices:
United States Senator, Representative in Congress, Representative in State Legislature 33rd District, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff, County Clerk & Register of Deeds, County Treasurer, Public Works Commissioner, County Commissioner, Judge of Probate Court, Millage Renewal for Ray Township Fire and Rescue Department Equipment and Truck Replacement, Ray Township Millage Renewal for Ray Township Fire and Rescue Operations, Ray Township Public Library Millage Proposal, Ray Township: Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer and (2) Trustees and Precinct Delegates.
