Notice is hereby given there will be a public hearing before the Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Ray Township Offices, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray, Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request to vary Section 402, Yard Dimensions, Minimum Front Yard Setback for 60300 Kunstman, Parcel 21-05-28-100-012.
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection by appointment at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please call (586)749-5171, ext. 203 to make an appointment.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment on said application.
