The Charter Township of Oakland Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the following:
ZBA 20-03 Todd Sterling – 1700 Buell Court – Requesting a variance to permit an accessory building (10’x16’shed) in the front yard.
Due to Covid-19, the public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on August 18, 2020 via video conference (GoToMeeting). Visit www.oaklandtownship.org for information to join the meeting. Any interested person may appear and comment in person or by agent or attorney upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the Charter Township of Oakland at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306 prior to the scheduled Public Hearing date. Documents pertaining to any request on the agenda are available for review by appointment at the Oakland Township office or online. Necessary and reasonable aids to individuals with disabilities will be provided at the meeting with seven days’ notice.
