Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Wolak, Ballard, Shall, Sledz, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos and Treasurer Adair.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: Under Consent Agenda, Approval of RCM Minutes of 8/10/20, corrected the date to 7/27/20. Administrative Reports Heard/Received: Trustee Boelke provided a written report as Water Commissioner and Business Liaison and he briefly reported on the Water portion of the report. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 7/27/20 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $16,792.27 as presented. Old Business Heard/Received: A brief update from the Sewer and Water Commissioners. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
