A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 6:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee
ABSENT: Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:05 PM for the purpose of considering the purchase of real property with the Parks & Recreation Commission (PRC).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:55 PM.
