The Charter Township of Oakland Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the following:
5784 Paint Valley Drive – Requesting a 15’ variance to the rear yard setback for a sunroom enclosure.
Due to Covid-19, the public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 15, 2020 via video conference (GoToMeeting). Visit www.oaklandtownship.org for information to join the meeting. Any interested person may appear and comment in person or by agent or attorney upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing to be held at the date, time and location above. Written comments may be submitted to the Charter Township of Oakland at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306. Documents pertaining to any request on the agenda are available for review during normal business hours at the Oakland Township office or at the hearing. Necessary and reasonable aids to individuals with disabilities will be provided at the meeting with seven days’ notice.
