The Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom Conference Meeting ID; 5977250966 Password:642075. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Stier, Bohm and Grader. Agenda-Approved as submitted. Lascoe stated the regular mtg for 8-18-2020 was rescheduled due to Zoom issues the meeting was posted as the OMA. Correspondence-none. Public Comments-none. Minutes of 7-21-2020-Approved. Bills List-Approved as amended. Officers Reports-received & filed. Department Reports-received & filed. Unfinished Business–none. New Business. a. Fire Dept. compensation for attending both a.m.& p.m. training-Received and filed. b. Request to advertise for Staff Assistant-Approved. c. Request to dispose of old printer-Place on website & accept best offer. d. Review 2021 Single Waste Hauler Collection and Disposal Program and Proposal Form-Supervisor to proceed w/Attorney. e.
