Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Wolak, Ballard, Shall, Sledz, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos and Treasurer Adair.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended, removed Treasurer’s Report from Administrative Reports until the next RCM. Heard/Received: Received the F & V Report and Code Enforcement Report for July, 2020; heard a brief synopsis of the F & V Report from Sewer Commissioner Clark and a brief report from Water Commissioner Boelke; Trustee Boelke also updated Council on the status of the Sesquicentennial Plaque expected from the State; the Clerk provided Council with the updated Water Resolution to include language specific to out of Township costs. Unanimously approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 8/10/20 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $136,315.48 as presented. Unanimously approved: to set the base hourly rate for the Department of Public Works Full-Time position between $18.00 and $20.00/hour depending on experience and to set the base hourly rate for the Department of Public Works Part-Time position at $15.00/hour. Heard a brief report from Water Commissioner Boelke. President Wolak.
