A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11:04 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer: Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve going into closed session at 11:08 PM for the purpose to 1) Discuss property purchase and 2) To discuss confidential legal opinion regarding finalizing consent judgement.
3. To amend the agenda to add “Discussion of Knorrwood Pines”.
4. To adjourn the meeting at 12:22 PM.
