NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Accuracy Test for the November 3, 2020 General Election has been scheduled for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 at 3:30 PM in the Township Hall Board Room at the Oakland Township Municipal Offices, 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, MI 48306.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the equipment and computer programs used to record and count the votes cast in Oakland Township at the November 3, 2020 General Election meet the requirements of law. Interested parties are invited to attend.
The last day to obtain absentee ballots by mail for the November 3, 2020 General Election is Friday, October 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM. The Clerk’s Office will be open on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for qualified voters wishing to obtain an absentee ballot.
