PUBLIC NOTICE – SYNOPSIS REGULAR MEETING OF THE BRUCE TOWNSHIP BOARD – SEPTEMBER 16, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

Members Present: Cory, Obrecht, Brockmann, Okoniewski, Falker

Members Absent: None

The Board took the following action:

• Approved agenda as amended

• Approved consent agenda as amended including list of bills totaling $456,528.75

• Authorized Supervisor and Clerk to adjust commercial sewer bills due to Covid

• Approved audit for fiscal year ending 03/31/2020

• Approved Michigan Underwriters Policy as presented

• Approved postponing construction of shared use path until spring 2021

• Approved engineer to submit for additional grant money for shared use path

• Approved Waldorf Construction contract as presented

• Approved Home Occupations ordinance changes as presented

• Approved Clear Zoning digitization

• Approved Three Oaks accessory building and parking expansion

• Approved DelGreco accessory building/gatehouse with ZBA approval

• Approved Rau accessory building

• Approved 2 new hires – general office and fire department

• Approve payment of Ck. #53650

• Adjourned meeting at 8:22p.m.
