A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Michael Bailey, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer; Robin Buxar, Trustee; Frank Ferriolo, Trustee; John Giannangeli, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To table this agenda item until the 1st meeting in December.
4. To approve the Township’s Safety Path and Boardwalk Policy as noted in the
packet with revisions as so proposed tonight (Resolution No. 20-30).
5. To approve the 2nd reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 111 – Causing a Police
Response.
6. To approve the 2nd reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 110 – Attempt to
Commit Crime.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 8:43 PM.
