Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 10.14.20 and 10.22.20 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. Appointed Sara Murray as Liaison to Planning Commission. Adopted Armada Township Fire Prevention & Protection Ordinance No. R2020-20. Purchased LUCAS Device from Stryker for $15,149.36. Awarded bid project of the Tanker-pumper in the amount of $609.322 to Rosenbauer. Approved Resolution No. 2020-20 Granting Internet Subcommittee Authority to begin application process for CMIC 2.0 Grant. Approved Local Governing Body Resolution No. 2020-21 for Charitable Gaming Licenses for Armada Fastpitch. Set special meeting for Wednesday, November 18 at 7 p.m. to discuss waste hauler services.
